A Tribute to Roger Revelle, October 14, 1991 [videorecording].

The accession includes one video tape (75 minutes), an audio tape recording (75 minutes) and sixty 3x5 color photographs of A Tribute to Roger Revelle held at the University of California, San Diego in the Mandell Weiss Forum on October 14, 1991, a few months after Roger Revelle's death. UCSD Chancellor Richard Atkinson introduced the speakers speakers Walter H. Munk, University of California President Emeritus Clark Kerr, and Justin Lancaster. The photographs in this accession were taken by Allen Decker.

Clark Kerr was born in Reading, Pennsylvania on May 17, 1911 to Samuel W. and Caroline (Clark) Kerr. He married Catherine (Kitty) Spaulding in Los Angeles, California in 1934, and they had three children: Clark Edgar, Alexander William, and Caroline Mary. Kerr died in 2003, in El Cerrito, California, shortly after completing his memoirs, The Gold and the Blue: A Personal Memoir of the University of California, 1949-1967.
